About who needs care: 54-year-old female with ALS, in electric wheelchair, difficulty speaking, breathe, and use feeding tube for nutrition, meds and liquids, needs help with transfers using electric lift, toileting, dressing, feeding, stretching arms and legs. No heavy lifting required. Caregiver needs to work as an independent contractor under a 1099 form which we will provide. Pay will be according to skill and experience. Some morning hours and Friday and Saturday overnight would be available hours as well. There is opportunity for more hours to help cover shifts when our other caregivers need coverage. We are looking for a reliable and dependable caregiver. Preferably CNA or someone who's had experience with patients.
