My sister n law and I do all the medical, feeding and bathing, we need someone to relieve us so we aren't here 24 hrs a day. The most someone would do is assist mom to the bathroom, bedroom and refill her drinks. Mom is on hospice and has vitals checked twice a week with a CNA that helps with showers.
