About who needs care: Two AM Liquid medications. (ACHALASIA requires SOLN or ODT.) Epilepsy. Mood medication transition due to memory side effect (new drug continues unstable gait; recent fall no injuries .) I do not drive. Help needed: transportation to appointments, errands. About the care needs: 1. OK for ... Epilepsy, Acalasia, thin skin and wound care when needed, wobbly gait due to side effects, short term memory lapses due to side effects, interrupted sleep (due to: apartment noise, traffic noise, parking lot lights, urination, phlegm/ need to gargle due to Achalasia.) [ sleep goal is 7 hours at night and bed rest midday] [ OT reccomendation is "Sit down before you get tired. Manic Depression type2: 2 - 3 years cycle of Productive day and Resting Day (miserable). 2. Prefer cheerful but peaceful . 3. OK with juggle of 1 bathroom . 4. Good driving record. 5. NO ALCOHOL. NO SUBSTANCE ABUSE. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
