About who needs care: Has dementia. Is ambulatory. Likes listening to music and watching TV. She will be getting meals on wheels. 10 meals per week. Help with preparing all meals. A short walk daily. Help with getting in and out of shower and dressing 2-3 times per week. Assistance getting in bed at night. About the care needs: Someone who is patient and kind. Someone that has basic understanding of dementia. Someone who is upbeat and positive. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
