Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In High Point

About who needs care: 81-year-old male who is in Stage 5 Renal Disease, receives dialysis three days per week, legally blind in both eyes, has a compression fracture in L1 vertebrae which is causing him extreme pain, and limited mobility. He requires assistance getting in and out of bed, on and off of the toilet, standing and transfer to couch or wheeled chair, taking medications, etc. He also has dementia and his memory loss is progressing very quickly. He loves to talk to others and is interested in history. He is a staunch Republican, so someone of like minded political leanings would be a better fit for him as he becomes quickly agitated by opposing opinions. About the care needs: I included these details in the previous answer. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
