My father will be there also recovering from cataract surgery but he is able to take care of himself. She will need help dressing for bed. She is mobile with a walker but sometimes wobbly. She goes to bed around 1:00 a.m. and gets up several times throughout the night to use the bathroom. Sometimes she doesn't make it to the toilet quick enough and gets urine on her clothes and the floor. She is unable to change her clothes or clean up the floor when this happens and a caregiver would have to help with this situation. It might not happen at all, or it might happen several times. She/we never know when an accident will occur. She has a doorbell in the bathroom (heard throughout the house) to ring when she needs help and she is also able to use her cell phone to call for help.
