We need hands-on care to take care of my wife while at rehab in Hendersonville. One of your responsibilities will be helping her not to fall while her broken hip heals. You will notify the CNAs and assist with walking, self feeding and toileting. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. We might ask you to run errands now and then. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. She has dementia so experience with redirection is important.
