About who needs care: 25-year-old C5/C6 quadriplegic looking for help getting ready in the mornings for work. A typical day starts with wake up at 5:30am, slide board into shower chair, use bathroom, shower, slide board back into bed, get dressed, slide board into wheelchair, finish getting dressed, and then leave for work by 7 a.m. Will need help with little things while using the restroom like walking the dog, packing work bag, and tidying up the bedroom, bathroom, and closet. Will rarely need a ride to work via my van. After I leave for work, will need tidying up bathroom/bedroom. About the care needs: Likes dogs Must be in shape Comfortable with changing/showering Understanding Clean Open-minded Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
