About who needs care: My brother is disabled. He has lymphedema in both legs and needs assistance moving from a chair to his walker that has a seat. His legs are heavy and weak. He is six feet one inch and weights 270 lbs. It takes at least two people to help him to go to the bathroom. He is wearing disposal underwear. His hands shake which limits his ability to wash and wipe. He is temporarily living with me until his nursing placement in Charlotte, NC is approved, hopefully in the next 2-5 days. I'm looking for bathing, toileting, and dressing. Maybe 4-5 hours a day. He has insurances. We may also be able to pay out of pocket. Services are needed ASAP. About the care needs: Someone who likes television and a little talkative. Demonstrates a Positive, Patient and Peasant personality Strong, physical strength, to help him move from a chair to mobility device, toilet seat. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
