I need a companion care provider experience for my grandfather and grandmother in their 90s. Some light tidying up is involved - dusting, vacuuming, laundry, etc. Some help needed with self-care tasks such as brushing teeth, dressing, etc. They currently have a nurse to help with bathing. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation - they eat light meals, but need prompting to remember to eat. We might ask you to run errands now and then - mainly for medications and going to the store. They are both mentally strong, but have some mobility trouble. My grandmother was recently hospitalized because of a fall (broke her hip). My grandpa has upcoming surgery for his hip and both his hands. We have local family that are often checking in throughout the day. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
