Hands-on Care Needed For My Husband In Durham

About who needs care: My husband is a 74 yr old Diabetic , recent amputation and a kidney transplant patient. On M, W, F has dialysis from 6:15 a.m, pickup between 11:00 &11:30 a.m. Need help with transportation pickup from dialysis and drop off at and from doctor's appointments which vary from week to week. About the care needs: Because my husband is 74 and has mobility issues I would prefer some who is male simply because after dialysis he is very week and there is a small possibility he will faint. Therefore we will need someone who is physically able to lift him. However I'm open to anyone who has the ability to lift him male or female. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
