Short term memory issue from mild cognitive impairment, needs cueing when dressing, but independent with care. I work outside of home and mom needs companion so not alone during my workdays. Pleasant and has sense of humor. About the care needs: Middle aged female over 35, with experience in geriatrics with short term memory loss who will treat mom with dignity and talk to her. Engage her in conversation. Not be on phone all day with own friends. Kindness is a must! Caregiver will need to make sandwich at lunchtime and assist with snacks. But mom is capable and moves about in the kitchen. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
