Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Concord

About who needs care: She has AFib, diabetes, high blood pressure & high cholesterol. She wears hearing aids. She has a broken bone in her knee. She enjoys putting puzzles together. About the care needs: I would like to find someone with physical therapy experience to help move her from bed to wheelchair & wheelchair to bathroom and back to a chair or back into bed. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
