About who needs care: Just left hospital. Is a fall risk. Needs help sitting, standing, walking, getting up from chair, getting in and out of bed, and has iliostomy pouch, so will need help getting to the toilet, emptying pouch, showering, and other ADL/s. Lives in independent living center. Short term until she regains strength... maybe 2-3 weeks? About the care needs: Someone warm and chatty would be great. Definitely a female. No specific interests, but ability to empty and change the iliostomy bag required. Currently has yeast infection around opening so will need some powder and paste applied. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
