About who needs care: 22 years old Wheelchair bound with CP Intellectually very capable Sarah is an amazing 22-year-old. She has the brightest smile and loves singing, writing, vlogging, reading, and hanging out with friends. She needs someone to talk to and help get her doing activities throughout the day. She needs assistance with everything, but she is very smart. Her biggest challenge is her mind works beautifully but her body does not. Despite this, she is one of the happiest people I know. About the care needs: Female Sarah's caregiver needs to be able to change/bathe her. Sarah is 110 pounds, so her caregiver needs to be able to do transfers. Sarah tells her caregivers exactly what she needs so communication should not be any issue :) Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
