Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Charlotte

About the care needs: My younger sister and I are both have prophylactic double mastectomy surgeries in January. We are only 28 & 27 yrs old. We are having our surgeries on the same day and will be recovering in my home together, but we need an aide to help us. This would include tasks like getting in and out of bed, changing our drains every 4 hrs, keeping track of our meds, etc. I would like for the aide to come to the hospital the day of to see how do the drains. We would prefer the aide move in for the first 3 days since we will need care throughout the night as well. I am open to talking compensation whether it be hourly or a flat rate fee. I own a large 4 bedroom house in Charlotte so you would have your own room. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
