About the job
About who needs care: Brian has LBD and is in stage 6. I am his only caregiver and after over four years of caring for him, I am in need of a periodic break. I would like to find some one who likes computers and mainly sit and watch some TV. I would like to find someone who can grow with us, to keep him happy. The need for help in feeding, dressing etc. is going to increase soon, and I would like to establish a more permanent helper for the future. Perhaps someone willing to come over once or twice a week for now. About the care needs: The caregiver needs to be familiar with Lewy Body Dementia and understand Brian is going to say things tshat don't make sense. A more outgoing personality. Services needed include: companionship.
