Live-in Home Care Needed For My Mother In Bolivia

I'm looking for full time fill in care for my mother in her 80s. Medication management is required. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. help needed with bathing. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is CPR / first-aid trained. My father is also in the home. Mom is recovering from an illness and is very week so needs help standing to walker, toiletting, bathing, dressing and encouragement. Dad can do all adl but does not cook so would enjoy meals as well
