About who needs care: he has poor balance and is prone to falls, which is the main reason that companionship/supervision is needed. needs help with getting in/out of bed or in/out of a chair. needs help getting dressed and with daily tasks. i'm working on getting him into a day care program M-F, and hoping that care staff can help with transportation to & from the day care center, as well as outings on the weekends if/when he is up for them Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
