We need hands-on weekend care for my parents. My mom has MS and is fully non-weight bearing (uses a Hoyer lift) and my dad is on hospice. He needs help with the bathroom and transferring (by wheelchair) from his bed to recliner as needed. They need help preparing sandwiches for lunch, medication prompting, light housekeeping, transferring, bathroom needs, etc...
