About who needs care: Alzheimer patient. About the care needs: Hard worker and kind. Alzheimer patient. She is incontinent in bowel and bladder. She requires bathing, having diapers changed. Bed would need to be stripped and linens put in washer if soiled and bed made. Transferred from bed to wheelchair then to recliner. Easy meal made and served (sandwiches usually). Help with eating or drinking if necessary. Hygiene and grooming. Take soiled diapers etc to outside can. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
