Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Arden

About who needs care: Dad will turn 90 in August and currently lives with my brother and sister-in-law but is home alone for most week days. We're looking for companion to help with in-home exercise, go for walks, chat, take him to appointments or shopping. Timing is flexible, but maybe for 2 times per week for 2-3 hours at a time. We're just at the exploratory phase right now, trying to gather as much information on the various options. About the care needs: Some one who is curious, follows the news and likes to read, who likes hanging out with the elderly. (History buffs especially welcome!). And if there's any knowledge of geriatric physical training, that's a huge plus. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, and mobility assistance.
