Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Apex

We need hands-on care to take care of my sweet mother in Apex. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Mom is being released from a skilled nursing rehab facility; but still needs help getting up and down from a chair to go to bathroom, etc. We are very flexible and would love to find a caring person to come into her home when they can so that I can have breaks to go home, run errands, etc. We are open to different schedule possibilities such as a block of several hours in a row, overnight stays, or several consecutive days. Also, it would be great to find help for a week that would allow me to take a vacation.
