In Home Care Needed For My Father In Polson

We are looking for in-home care for my father in his 80s who is in the later stage of Alzheimer's. Ideal candidate will provide direct care as well as manage hiring and scheduling of additional staff of in-home care providers, to ensure 24x7 care, 7 days per week. Assistance with medication is needed. Assisting with bathing and bathroom duties and personal care required. Meal preparation, feeding and maintaining hydration is required. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. Current care is in place for another month (one 8-hour shift per day, M-F). We are assessing if 24x7 in-home care is a possible option, else we will move our father into a facility. Thanks
