About who needs care: End Stages of Parkinson's. No mobility. About the care needs: My dad is a very sweet man. He cannot communicate anymore but has the best smile. He has hearing loss but also his Parkinson's keeps him from understanding and talking. He will need moving from bed to a wheel chair and back daily. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
