Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Long Beach

I need senior care provider for 95lb 88-year-old grandmother recently returned from hospital stay. She has been able to care for herself up until the past few months. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Meal Preparation. Important - managing medication. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing. Responsibilities include feeding, bathroom assistance. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation and mobility assistance. Would need caregiver for 5-6 hours daily in the afternoons primarily. Weekly cash payment for services.
