Elderly female with dementia. Can do ADLs independently, just needs reminders to do so. Severe short term memory loss. She cannot remember if she has taken her meds or eaten, so your typical day would be making sure she sticks to a structured routine which includes: eating, bathing, taking meds, and doing enjoyable activities. 0830- wake up 0900-eat breakfast and take morning meds 1000- get ready for the day/ personal hygiene 1000-1200- sit on porch, take a stroll, puzzles, anything to stay occupied and busy 1200-lunch 1200-300- can take a short nap, do puzzles or other activities, take a walk, etc. Gardening, walking, watching tv, she used to enjoy painting Gardening, walking, watching tv, she used to enjoy painting Parking She does not have pets. Her caregivers do. Caregivers will be home, but sleeping because we work 7p-7a.
