Live-in Home Care Needed For My Grandmother In Troy.

About who needs care: My grandma had a stroke in December 2024. Currently in nursing home but our whole family is trying to get her home and find in home care instead. She needs help with speech, can feed her self but daily tasks like making food, bathing, bathroom, changing clothes. She likes to sit outside and watch her birds and outside animals, plants, being around family. She mostly watches tv all day with outside breaks to smoke or sit outside. About the care needs: Someone who is funny, caring, and can take jokes and can make people laugh. Being able to help with some PT/OT and Speech to help practice with communication. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
