Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Troy

About who needs care: He is 86 years old and has Dementia. He normally sits and watches tv. And is not real talkative. He is also a fall risk. He is able to go to the bathroom on his own, just sometimes needs directed to the bathroom. I have a couple of puzzles for him to try, checkers and tic tac toe, any other ideas would be welcome, but as I mentioned, he normally just watches the news. I would likely leave for work closer to 6, but he does not normally wake up until 9 or so and I can typically be home around 11:15-11:30 so he wont need to be fed lunch. About the care needs: Just looking for someone with patience and a friendly personality who will care for my father as they would care for their own. As I mentioned before, he will not be talkative to a stranger but he may talk if someone strikes up a conversation first. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
