About who needs care: I need someone to take my mother to and from doctor's appointments, She may need limited help getting ready and needs wheelchair assistance to get from home (assisted living facilitly) to transportation vehicle and into vehicle. She will need wheelchair assistance into doctors office and someone to stay with her during doctors visit and help her to bathroom during visit. She usually has 1-2 doctor's appointments a week. About the care needs: Someone who is patient and caring with her. She can take care of herself but mostly needs help with mobility. Services needed include: transportation, and mobility assistance.
