Hands-on Care Needed For My Father

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 80s who has Parkinson's. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements in addition to changing adult diapers. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with a dog and a cat in the home. We are looking for about three days a week. Right now, we are not sure on the days and are willing to work with a qualified caregiver on the schedule.
