Hands-on-care For My Mother And Father

My in-laws live in Senior Apartments. My wife and I both live close by but we need extra support with our parents. My mother suffered from 3 strokes and a Seizure in the past 3 years. She has been doing well but sometimes it's hard for her to get her points across. I feel like mild dementia is starting to set in. Both of them are still able to move. My mother has trouble walking and will need someone to hold her hand. I would like someone to prepare meals (maybe something that will last for a while), help with washing clothes, cleaning apartment and possibly get them to do exercise, like walking around complex. My mother may also need someone to help her take showers. My dad has been doing a good job of this but I know its difficult for him. Thank you for your care!
