Senior Care/Alzheimer's. Help W/ Shower & Dressing. 2-4 Hr Shift, 2x Week, Flexible Day/times

We're needing help getting Mom showered and dressed 2x a week. Organizing her closet, loading or unloading dishwasher and helping with laundry as needed. Mom is in later stages of Alzheimer's but still communicates well once you get to know her. She is happy, kind and cooperates willingly except lately when it comes to showers (possibly because it's cold out now ). She gets around ok, but her balance is off and with her weight gain (160 lbs) she struggles to get off shower chair with handle bar alone. Looking for someone to help make shower time comfortable, warm, relaxing and fun. They will need strength to safely help her off shower chair. My Dad has managed thus far but as he ages we've decided it's not safe for either of them anymore. He also lacks that bedside manner to make shower time more inviting.
