Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Saint Joseph

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my father in his 80s. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
