My wife and I are Christian and live in a modest home along with 2, 9-month-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Offering 2 sets of shifts; one group needing coverage 10am-3 p.m. and a second group 6 pm-9pm, each Monday-Saturday. Duties will include on-going general housekeeping, laundry, assist with food prep, assist with feeding, partial bathing, assist with meds, shopping, errands incl dog groomers--all for which mileage cost is compensated. Pay is weekly. Staff consistency, reliability, self-motivation and positive commitment on the part of caregivers is important. Experience with TBI and severe PTSD is critical to success. Compassion, patience, and understanding will equal staff and patient comfort along with reasonable job satisfaction. All personal care is based on my wife's tolerance. She is NOT bedbound--she is mobile and wonderful!
