I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Transportation to his physician. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointment. He needs to be in a van or vehicle easy to get in and out of. He can use a walker to get to the vehicle at home, then the doctor has a wheelchair to use while there. I am his wife and would like to go with him. If there isn't room, I can always follow in my car.
