Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Ozark

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 60s. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping, meal prep, and maybe bathing/dressing. Preferences for a female caregiver who is comfortable with pets (2 small dogs in the home). We are estimating about 4 hours a week to start, but tasks and hours will grow over time so hoping to find someone who can commit to long term.
