Companion Care Needed For My Father In Mount Vernon

We need companion care to take care of my father in Mount Vernon. Some light tidying up is involved. Also, taking out trash and checking mail since he cannot walk. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Some background info: my stepmom, his wife passed of cancer last Feb, so he is still adjusting to living alone. My father is only 67 but has neuropathy and has quickly lost his ability to walk and is now in a wheelchair. His mind is 100% fine, but he is limited in what he can do at home. He thinks he just needs someone 2x a week for maybe a couple of hours each time, partly because he cannot go outside to check mail or take out trash. I personally think he would also enjoy talking with someone as he has not been alone for many years.
