About who needs care: My mom was just diagnosed with mild alzheimers. I have recently moved her in with me. She can't be left by herself while I am at work. Needs a companion in my home to help with food prep, taking walks, running errands, socializing. About the care needs: My mom is new to the area, she lived in a small farming community in Iowa. She has given up her hobby of knitting. I need someone who could be creative with getting her active with playing cards or games, puzzles or anything that would exercise her brain. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
