About who needs care: Stroke patient. Recovering from his 2nd major stroke & brain surgery. This one affected his cerebellum (balance / mobility issues). Previous was cerebellum and amygdala (emotional regulation). Which - sometimes we still see some of that come out. Loves talking all things sports, and watching animal & survival documentaries. Usually a late riser & night owl. Normally skips breakfast and eats a late lunch and late dinner. About the care needs: Patient, strong and social! Dad loves to talk and is extremely social. He can also be a bit stubborn. Walking with a walker, but we've been told he will need supervision. Not necessarily hands on, but ready to assist. Knowledge of sports would go well! Services needed include: transportation, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
