About who needs care: She has Cerebral Palsy and significant scoliosis. She is quite capable with upper body activities and care, with adaptations She has learned/made over time. Her lower body, however is losing mobility. It is becoming very difficult most days for her to change pants and underwear as well as shoes and socks.
