About who needs care: Currently has hemiparalysis on left side. incontinent so would need changing. working with PT and OT at skilled nursing facility help get dressed in morning and sit up in chair. help shower every other day. About the care needs: gets along with most people but needs a strong person to assist her in transferring from bed to wheelchair Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
