About the job
We are a close knit family looking for a ray of sunshine and wholesome companion for our parents in their 80s. Their current caregiver is moving out of state but will help onboard. Our mom is funny and spunky yet needs a companion, help around the house and with organization. She has macular degeneration and Alzheimer's. She can not drive. Our father is well educated and has limited mobility and arthritis. We need someone who can drive, enjoys conversation, handles light housekeeping. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We are praying for a compassionate companion that helps with organizing, meal planning and taking them to appointments. My mother is catholic and enjoys going to mass and telling stories about the Midwest. Our ideal candidate is experienced, wholesome with great references and a positive attitude.
