First of all, Caregiver must be a CNA, as the Insurance company requires it. Husband has Parkinson's, but is still mobile. He uses a walker at home. When going to doctor appointments, he uses a lightweight transport electric wheelchair. His coordination is hampered by the PD. Therefore, he needs help with getting dressed. Getting his meals and all transportation. He does require supervision because his balance is poor.
