About the job
Assistance with activities of daily living. Monitoring Alzheimer's and dementia clients. Vital signs, patient transfers, fall risks, bathing, home tasks, documentation, med management, pain management, transportation and errands as needed for client. (Work with pets when necessary). We staff our clients with one on one care in their home, condo, apartment and/or independent living facility.
