About who needs care: He is a diabetic on insulin with short term memory loss. Will need help with reminding to take medicine and insulin. He can inject it but don't know the dial dosage .. also will need meals for morning and evening. About the care needs: Would know how to separate medicine. Know how to adjust insulin if we write down dosage. Person who likes talk or companion style. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
