About who needs care: My mom broke her hip last month and is still having a hard time standing. She is going to be discharged from a TCU soon but she will still need assistance with toilet and showering needs. They are living in an independent apartment at Lexington Landing but we are actively searching for an Assisted Living or Memory Care facility. But until then, we need to find a way to help my mom. About the care needs: Somebody that does well with difficult clients. My mother is small but she can be very abrasive. She has dementia and can be rude to the helpers as she does not like being touched. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
