Need Pick Up From Hospital In Edina And Transport To Home In St. Paul (not Actually Senior Care)

I just need someone to pick me up after a hospital stay in Edina, post-surgery, help me fulfill my prescriptions and get home to St. Paul. The friends I was going to rely on have to go out of state for a family situation, and my own family lives too far away to help me. I don't need special care other than needing someone to help me get discharged. This will be a very brief, one-time interaction.
