Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother-in-law In Red Wing

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in Red Wing. We are transitioning to 24 hour care and have a few slots open to fill. At this time she is still able to transition from bed and chair to her walker with minimal assistance. She has very low vision so help is needed to change clothes and in the bathroom. Light housekeeping would be expected. Food preparation would only be to heat up for her meals. She is currently sleeping through the night so at this time no night time care needed, just a person in the house. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. We are willing to split off the over night care on Saturday night from the other hours. Also the afternoon hours could start later. The morning person is willing to stay up to 2 p.m. for a shift change.
