About who needs care: Uses a walker. Fell April '24 and broke hip. Partial hip replacement done. Four compression fractures that have had cement placed in disc spaces. Needs help with bathing, cleaning, laundry, occasional shopping, appts. etc. Breathing issues, heart problems. Avid sports fan of baseball, football, basketball. Used to go dancing, went to the gym, hunted and fished before his fall. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
